° En los casos de liquidación del gravamen a distribuidores o agentes de las fábricas o empresas respectivas no situados en el mismo lugar de producción o fabricación, se entenderá por éste el de ubicación de la fábrica en la cual dicho distribuidor o agente haya hecho su compra.
