Exonerase de este impuesto a las propiedades inmuebles situadas en los Municipios de Guapi, Timbiqui, López y Santa Rosa de Caquetá, lo mismo que a las propiedades inmuebles cuyo valor catastral no exceda de cinco mil pesos ($5.000).
