Artículo único. Apruébase el siguiente Decreto, expedido por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional: “DECRETO NUMERO 79 DE 1933 “(abril 7) por el cual se hace un nombramiento en propiedad. “El Director General de la Policía Nacional, en uso de la facultad que le confiere el artículo 3° del Decreto ejecutivo número 1735 de 1930, “DECRETA: “Artículo único. Nómbrase al señor Enrique Nieto Paz Escribiente en propiedad del Juzgado Permanente de la Policía Nacional (Tercer runo), en reemplazo del señor Jorge Vargas, quien renunció. El señor Nieto venía desempeñando este puesto en interinidad. “Comuníquese y sométase a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo. “
