Los Registradores Auxiliares tendrán las mismas funciones de los Registradores Municipales, con excepción de las contempladas en los numerales 3º., 5o. y 6º. del artículo anterior. Las comunicaciones y documentos de que tratan los numerales 7º. y 9º. deberán comunicarse y entregarse a los respectivos Registradores Distritales o Municipales.
