Art. 2º. Con el fin de darle cumplimiento al artículo que precede, se establecerán en las Salinas de Zipaquirá dos almacenes de sal vijúa, uno para el expendido de la de 1ª clase y otro para el expedido de 2ª, y habrá, además, en la misma Salina un empleado encargado de hacer la clasificación respectiva antes de que la sal salga de las minas.
