La pena señalada en el artículo anterior se aumentará hasta en una cuarta parte en los casos siguientes: 1°. Si el delito se comete en la persona de una mujer virgen o de irreprochable honestidad. 2°. Si se comete con el concurso de otra u otras personas. 3°. Si el responsable tuviere cualquier carácter, posición o cargo que fe dé particular autoridad sobre la, víctima, o la impulse a depositar en él su confianza.
