º El aumento automático del diez por ciento (10%) anual establecido por el artículo 20 del Decreto 2317 de 1953, se causará únicamente para las propiedades cuyo avalúo catastral no haya sido revisado o reajustado con posterioridad al año de 1948, a razón del diez por ciento (10%) por cada año anterior al de 1948 y sin exceder del límite establecido. Además, este aumento automático no tendrá lugar sino a partir del 1º de enero de 1955 para los efectos impositivos tanto del impuesto de renta y complementarios como del predial.
