º. Los Contralores. Seccionales tendrán voz en las Corporaciones legislativas o Administrativas correspondientes, cuando se trate de debatir proyectos de ordenanzas o acuerdos sobre el ramo fiscal, hacienda, crédito público y presupuesto, y cuando sean especialmente citados por dichas Corporaciones. Asimismo, tendrán voz en los Consejos de Gobierno o Juntas de Hacienda Departamentales o Municipales, cuando se trate de discutir asuntos de índole fiscal, a juicio del Jefe de la respectiva Administración Departamental o Municipal.
