° Por el tiempo, y dentro de los términos prescritos en el artículo 1° del Decreto número 1813, arriba citado, facúltase a los Jefes y Directores de las diversas Reparticiones del ramo de Guerra, Comandantes de Unidades Operativas, Escuelas, Cuerpos de Tropas y Unidades Fundamentales destacadas, para proveer las vacantes de Suboficiales, existentes o que se produzcan en sus dependencias, solamente por ascensos.
