La Dirección General de la Fuerza Aérea expedirá en cada caso y por la oficina respectiva, una certificación sobre las horas voladas, el tiempo de servicio en la Aviación y el grado del personal en servicio activo, con el fin de acreditar el reconocimiento al pago de la Prima de Aviación de que trata el presente Decreto.
