Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el artículo 17 del Decreto número 2094 de 2016; el numeral 15 del artículo 10 del Decreto número 2647 de 2022; y modifica el numeral 16 del artículo 10 y los numerales 2 y 4 del artículo 20 del Decreto número 2647 de 2022 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
