° La deduccion de la cuarta parte del sueldo que ha mandado retener durante la guerra a los empleados, por el decreto número 466 de este año, se hará no sobre el importe total de dicho sueldo, sino sobre la suma en que éste esceda mensualmente de la cantidad de $ 30.
