Para el efecto de los artículos anteriores, del Gobierno queda autorizado para suscribir hasta la cantidad de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00) en las empresas que con tal fin se constituyan. Esta suma se hará figurar en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia o en las subsistentes. El Gobierno queda facultado para efectuar las operaciones financieras que juzgue necesarias para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
