Capitulo 32. SERVICIO CONSULAR. Artículo 94. Para atender á gastos del servicio coonsular $ 30,000 Capitulo 33 GASTOS VARIOS. Articulo 98 bis Para pagar la cuota que corresponde á Colombia en el sostenimiento de las Oficina de las Repúblicas americanas, que funciona en Washington, en el bienio $ 2,926 Dése cuenta al Congreso en su próxima reunión.
