Iniciación de operaciones en el área adicional. El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a aquel en que se acredite el cumplimiento del requisito establecido en el numeral 3º del artículo anterior, expedirá un permiso para operar en el área adicional. En caso de incumplimiento de alguno de los anteriores requisitos, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, mediante resolución motivada, dejará sin efectos la resolución de ampliación de la Zona Franca.
