Artículo sexto. Autorizase al Instituto de Nutrición, creado por la Ley 44 de 1947, para fundar un laboratorio de producción industrial de levaduras de tipo alimenticio, que serán vendidas a precio de costo para alimentación popular. Este laboratorio se financiará con los fondos creados por la citada Ley.
