Art. 39. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores dictará las órdenes necesarias para que los Agentes diplomáticos y consulares sujetos al impuesto del Monte-pío, hagan el descuento de sus sueldos y lo remitan periódicamente al tesorero del Monte-pío, teniendo en cuenta los artículos 9º, 19 y 21 de este Decreto.
