LLAMAMIENTO SERVICIO MILITAR . Cuando un empleado del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional sea llamado a prestar el servicio militar obligatorio, sus condiciones como empleado en el momento de ser llamado a filas no sufrirán ninguna alteración; quedará exento de todas las obligaciones con dichas entidades y no tendrá derecho a percibir remuneración. Terminado el servicio militar obligatorio, el interesado tiene un (1) mes para reintegrarse a sus funciones, contado a partir de la fecha de desacuartelamiento. Vencido este término y si no se presentare a reasumir sus funciones, o manifestare su voluntad de no reasumirlas se considerará retirado del cargo.
