Art. 3. o El empleado investido con la autoridad política superior en cada una de las dos Provincias de Honda y Barranquilla, formará cada tres meses un cuadro estadístico de os enfermos civiles que hayan recibido asistencia en el Hospital correspondiente y pasará dicho documento al Gobernador del Departamento, quien á su vez, con los informes y datos que crea conveniente suministrar, lo trasmitirá al Gobierno por conducto del Ministro de Fomento.
