Artículo Tercero. Para computar el monto que deben invertir con este fin las cajas y Secciones de ahorros, se tomaran como base los saldos de depósitos de ahorros al cierre de los trimestres, ríe marzo, junio, septiembre y diciembre de cada año. La Superintendencia Bancaria establecerá sobre esos saldos la cuantía que cada entidad debe invertir dentro del trimestre inmediatamente siguiente.
