El artículo 45 del Decreto 1151 de 1989, quedará así: “Artículo 45. Recurso de apelación. Cuando a ello hubiere lugar, el recurso de apelación será resuelto por el superior jerárquico de quien haya impuesto la sanción, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a aquél en que haya recibido la actuación”.
