000) para el mejoramiento de la vía pública nacional que, partiendo de esta ciudad, conduce á Villavicencio, pasando por Chipaque, Cáqueza y Quetame.

De esta suma, la mitad invertirá en la construcción de un puente de hierro sobre el Ríonegro, en el paso de Quetame, y el excedente en el mejoramiento de la vía.
