Art. 10. Si llegare el caso de que alguno de los empleados expresados en el artículo 8.° no cumpliere oportunamente el deber que en él se le impone, ó de que los mencionados en el artículo 7.° no remitan el Estado de Caja en los términos prevenidos, el empleado responsable de la falta incurrirá, por el mismo hecho, en la multa de cinco pesos por la primera ocasión y diez pesos por cada una de las siguientes.
