LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.4.27.Requisitos para la Implementación del Sistema. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) establecerá, mediante resoluciones de carácter general, los requisitos, condiciones, plazos, especificaciones y demás aspectos técnicos y de procedimiento para asegurar la implementación, operatividad y efectividad del SUNIR.
