La Junta Directiva y el Gerente del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia conforme a sus respectivas competencias, tomarán las decisiones administrativas y financieras necesarias para el sostenimiento y para la regular publicación y difusión del Diario Oficial.
