º. Modifíquese el artículo 38 del Decreto 1922 de 1994, el cual quedará así: Del término de la intervención. El término de toda intervención no podrá ser superior a un (1) año, prorrogable por una sola vez por un período igual, salvo que el Ministerio de Salud conceptúe sobre la necesidad de continuar con la intervención por un período mayor.
