Lo dispuesto en el artículo 5º. de la Ley 12 de 1965 , será aplicable igualmente a los productos en pesos provenientes de las transacciones que se realicen en virtud de los Convenios de Excedentes Agrícolas suscritos por el Gobierno de Colombia con Gobiernos extranjeros.
