ORDEN DE EJECUCION DE LAS SENTENCIAS. Si contra la misma persona se hubieren dictado varias sentencias en diferentes procesos, se ejecutarán en el orden en que se hayan proferido. Si los procesos se han adelantado simultáneamente, el tiempo durante el cual hubiere permanecido privado de la libertad por cualquiera de ellos se tendrá como parte cumplida de la pena impuesta en la sentencia condenatoria que primero se ejecute. Si se tratare de imputable, el tiempo que hubiera permanecido bajo la medida de seguridad se computará conforme al artículo 95 de este Código.
