Art. 1921. Vendiéndose dos o mas cosas juntamente, sea que se haya ajustado un precio por el conjunto o por cada una de ellas, solo habrá lugar a la accion redhibitoria por la cosa viciosa i no por el conjunto; a menos que aparezca que no se habría comprado el conjunto sin esa cosa; como cuando se compra un tiro, yunta o pareja de animales, o un juego de muebles.
