Privilegios y prerrogativas. De acuerdo con los artículos 43 del Decreto 3130 de 1968 y 43 del Decreto 2353 de 1971, el Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía, como establecimiento público, gozará de los mismos privilegios y prerrogativas que se reconozcan a la Nación.
