En los casos 2º, 3º, 5º y 6º del ordinal 5º del artículo 480, una vez casada la sentencia la Corte resolverá sobre el todo del fondo del litigio.

Si se tratare de exceso en el fallo, la Corte casará la sentencia y la corregirá en la parte excesiva, haciendo la limitación que corresponda.
