Si el Tribunal está dividido en dos Salas, cada una de ellas hace separadamente la elección de los Conjueces que le corresponde. Son aplicables por analogía a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial las disposiciones de los artículos 57 a 67, referentes a los Conjueces de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
