Art. 224. Por motivos graves y de acuerdo con el Gobierno podrán funcionar los Juzgados transitoriamente en lugar distinto del en que deben residir. En casos urgentes podrá verificarse la traslación de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Departamento respectivo, quien deberá dar cuenta de lo ocurrido al Gobierno para que resuelva lo conveniente.
