° Los giros de que trata el artículo anterior podrán autorizarse hasta por US$ 500 o su equivalente en otra moneda para el viaje de ida, y otro tanto para el de regreso, y hasta US$ 1.000 mensuales para gastos médicos, quirúrgicos y de sostenimiento, y hasta por un máximum de US$ 2.500 o su equivalente en otra moneda.
