Artículo diez y seis. Cuando se proceda de oficio, se dictará auto motivado en el cual se le hará saber al presunto infractor, de las posibles violaciones en que haya incurrido. Este auto se notificará de conformidad con el procedimiento establecido en el Decreto 2733 de 11959.
