ARTICULO TRANSITORIO. Facúltase al Ministro de Defensa hasta por un término de seis (6) meses para tomar las medidas necesarias mientras se adopta la nueva estructura de la Policía Nacional. El régimen de pensiones y sueldos de retiro, se regirá por las normas vigentes, hasta tanto se expidan las disposiciones que se ordenan en la presente Ley.
