Art. 2.° El valor de las conferencias por telégrafo se cobrará a razón de $ 3 por minuto, siempre que éstas tengan lagar entre las Oficinas de un mismo Departamento, y en caso que se verifiquen entre Oficinas de otros Departamentos, se cobrará a razón de $ 5 cada minuto.
