Artículo cuarto. Las facultades y atribuciones de que venía haciendo uso la Sección de "Archivo, Biblioteca y Correspondencia" de la División de Servicios Generales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, serán ejercidas, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, por la "Sección de Archivo y Biblioteca" las relativas a este par de actividades, y por la "Sección de Correspondencia" aquellas fijadas por el artículo 35 literales k, l, m, del Decreto 1711 de 1930 y demás disposiciones concordantes.
