Art. 6.° El producto líquido que obtenga la Nación de las acciones que tiene en el Ferrocarril de la Sabana, se invertirá en la mejora de la Carretera de Cambao, y si llegare el caso, promoverá el tráfico en esa vía por medio de automóviles.

Los dividendos que distribuya esa empresa pasarán directamente á la Junta Administradora de la Carretera de Cambao.
