El Ministerio Público, ante las Salas Especiales de Juzgamiento de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, será ejercido en cada una de ellas por un (1) Fiscal Especializado, nombrado por el Procurador General de la Nación, deberá reunir las mismas calidades constitucionales exigidas para los Magistrados de Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial y tendrán la misma categoría, remuneración y prestaciones sociales de éstos.
