Toque de queda. Los gobernadores y alcaldes, de conformidad con lo decidido en el Consejo Departamental y Municipal de Seguridad, y durante el periodo que se estime conveniente, podrán decretar el toque de queda con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
