PRIMA DE NAVIDAD. La prima de navidad de que trata el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 88 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, se liquidará y pagará en la forma establecida en las disposiciones legales vigentes, sólo cuando el Oficial o Suboficial que cumple la comisión permanente en el exterior se encuentre en desempeño de ella el treinta (30) de noviembre del respectivo año.
