º. Remitidas por el organismo administrativo las diligencias disciplinarias en el estado en que se encuentren, se agregarán al correspondiente expediente y previo examen de la documentación, el funcionario del conocimiento procederá a decretar que se tengan como pruebas las que revistan este carácter, a formular el pliego de cargos o adoptar la decisión que sea necesaria.
