De la divulgación de las listas de candidatos inscritos. Las listas de candidatos inscritos que hayan aceptado su postulación, deberán divulgarse por el funcionario ante quien se inscribieron por medio de las carteleras de las diferentes dependencias o servicios del Instituto, con una antelación no inferior a tres (3) días hábiles de la fecha de elección.
