Si la irregularidad consistiere en que se recibe un certificado del exterior de mas, es decir, no inscrito en la correspondiente Lista Especial, entonces se procederá a librar el respectivo Boletín de verificación a la oficina extranjera que confeccionó el despacho, enviando copia del boletín al Departamento Internacional de Ministerio.
