Las oficinas de representación, a través de sus representantes, y los representantes para Colombia de instituciones financieras o reaseguradoras del exterior, deberán remitir a la Superintendencia Bancaria la información que dicha Superintendencia les solicite, con la periodicidad indicada y en los formatos señalados por el ente de supervisión.
