Condiciones de los Ascensos. Los ascensos se confieren a los oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en actividad que satisfagan los requisitos legales, dentro del orden jerárquico de la respectiva Fuerza de acuerdo con las vacantes existentes conforme al Decreto de Planta respectivo y según la clasificación de las Fuerzas Militares.
