Recurso De Anulación

Contra los laudos arbitrales de que tratan los artículos 302 y 307 de este código, procede el recurso extraordinario de Anulación que será conocido por la Sala Laboral del respectivo Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial donde se constituyó.

Este recurso deberá interponerse y sustentarse dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación del laudo, ante el Tribunal de arbitramento, y presentado en tiempo, se enviará de manera virtual a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior respectivo, dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes.
