Artículo cuarto. Notificaciones. Surtidas las publicaciones, el Jefe de la Comisión decretará, la práctica de una inspección ocular al terreno con intervención de peritos y citación personal y previa del respectivo Agente del Ministerio Público, del Inspector de Bosques, si lo hubiere en la región y de los colindantes. Si no fuere posible hacer la notificación personal de los colindantes, ésta se surtirá por edicto que permanecerá fijado en las oficinas de la Comisión por el término de cinco (5) días.
