º . Adiciónase al artículo 268 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el siguiente

Parágrafo

Cuando los vistos buenos o autorizaciones de que trata el literal b) del presente artículo correspondan a los expedidos por el ICA o Invima, o la entidad que haga sus veces, el declarante estará obligado a presentarlos al momento del embarque de las mercancías y a conservarlos durante el término previsto en este artículo."
